Account Deletion Request
Request deletion of your account and associated data from any Igloo Labs application.

Select Your App
Choose the Igloo Labs app from which you want to delete your account.

Submit the Form
Fill in your account details (name and email) and submit the deletion request form below.

Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
Data Deletion Details
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
- Username — Your account username will be permanently removed
- Password — Your encrypted password will be permanently deleted
- Email Address — Your email address will be removed from our systems
- Profile Information — Any profile data, preferences, and settings
- User-Generated Content — Photos, narrations, tasks, and other content you created
Data Retention Period
- Your request will be processed within 30 days
- Anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement
- Legal and compliance records may be retained as required by law
